Refund policy

We strive to offer you the best in terms of quality and value. If the product does not match the description or is damaged, we will be happy to take the product back and refund your purchase in full. Otherwise, sales are final. A 25% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not eligible (non-defective).

➣ We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

➣ Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. All customizable and made-to-order items (bedding) cannot be returned.  

➣ Request your return authorization number by sending an email to miasparadiseshop@gmail.com with a detailed reason for the return and photos or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the return level and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

➣ To insure your return, please use a tracked shipping service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

➣ Upon receipt of your package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued according to your original payment method within 7 days. A refund receipt will be provided.
